These are a very vibrant springtail.  the albino variant of lilac springtails. i have found that they do amazing in a tub full of charcoal with water at the bottom. give them lots of food, and they explode in no time!  *as i cant count out each individual springtail i will guess, so 25 springtails will probably be 30-50 etc.
