Live Arrival Guarantee:

Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies only to orders shipped using Priority Shipping.

 

If your ants:Arrive dead upon delivery, orDie within 24 hours of the recorded delivery time,you may be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price of the ants.

 

Requirements for a RefundTo qualify for a refund, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Provide clear photos or videos showing the condition of the ants.

 

Include your order number in your refund request.

 

Exclusions:

 

The Live Arrival Guarantee does not apply to:

Orders shipped using any shipping method other than Priority Shipping.

Deaths reported more than 48 hours after delivery.

Ants that die due to improper care, handling, housing, or environmental conditions after delivery.

Delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
